Audi sets 67th true monthly U.S. sales record in July

• Q3 sets sales record with 56 percent increase
• Q7 SUV sales rose 20 percent for a month, 63 percent year-to-date
• A4 Sedan sales increasing 18 percent for a month

Audi reported that a Jul sales increasing 4 percent to 18,364 vehicles, as a Q3, Q7 and A4 led a volume gains.

Audi achieved a best Jul in a brand’s U.S. history. The prior Jul record was set in 2015 with sales of 17,654 vehicles. Year-to-date sales have risen 3.6 percent to 115,298 vehicles sold.

Sales of Audi SUV models remained clever in July, with a 15 percent boost over final Jul and a 22 percent boost year-to-date. The Q3 posted a sales record of 1,819 vehicles for a month, a 56 percent boost over Jul 2015. Sales of a Q5 rose 2.8 percent to 4,833 vehicles for a month. Q7 sales rose 20 percent from final Jul to 2,322 vehicles, with an boost of 63 percent year-to-date.

July formula were also bolstered by plain direct for a A3 and A4 models. The A3 indication line posted 3,038 sales for July, including 349 deliveries of a A3 Sportback e-tron. The e-tron has available sales of 2,291 vehicles year-to-date. The A4 posted sales of 2,612 vehicles, an 18 percent boost for a month and an 11 percent boost year-to-date.

“A strong play network has helped us successfully launch and foster several of a many critical models this year and that’s strengthened a sales amid a tightening reward market,” pronounced Mark Del Rosso, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Audi of America. “Consumers and a marketplace have rewarded a code with continued growth, that we do not take for granted.”
