FordPass allows you to set a preferred dealership, meaning quick access to your Ford dealer and service centre.
Questions about, well, just about anything? FordPass provides quick and easy access to tailored help from friendly Ford Guides who know Ford vehicles inside and out, meaning problems get solved faster. Ford Guides are specially trained to solve mobility issues and are available via live chat and phone call.
Staying Connected
For 2017 F-150, Escape, or Fusion owners with available SYNC Connect, FordPass offers even more control. Remote vehicle controls afford more access than ever from a mobile device. Lock and unlock your vehicle or start the engine remotely, and FordPass will show you the location of your parked vehicle. Your vehicle is ready when you are with FordPass’ intuitive Scheduled Remote Start, giving you the capability to start your vehicle automatically.
It’s about doing things quicker and easier. With SYNC Connect-equipped vehicles, drivers can also monitor fuel levels and easily check approximate odometer readings.
Already in 2018 we’ve seen Mustang, Expedition, Explorer, and the brand new EcoSport join the group of FordPass-equipped vehicles with available SYNC Connect.
More than just valuable information, FordPass members have access to special Perks –exclusive Ford Canada wallpapers for your phone or desktop.
