Oshawa, Ontario (December 3, 2013) — Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac dealers delivered 17,482 vehicles in November 2013, an increase of nearly one per cent from November 2012.

“Demand continues to build for Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac cars and trucks, including the all-new GMC Sierra, today, named the Best New Pickup by the Automotive Journalists Association of Canada,” said John Roth, vice president, sales, service and marketing, General Motors of Canada.  “The all-new 2014 GMC Sierra full-size pickup is the most powerful, most advanced and most refined truck in GMC’s 111-year history and sales of the Sierra are up 15 per cent for the year.”    

The iconic Chevrolet Corvette Stingray was also recognized by the Automotive Journalists Association of Canada as the Best New Sports / Performance Car over $50k. 

November 2013 Sales Highlights

  • Chevrolet Malibu sales are up 11 per cent for the month
  • Total Buick sales increased 22 per cent for the month driven by sales of the all new Encore. 
  • GMC Acadia sales were up 58 per cent for the month
  • Cadillac monthly year over year sales increased for the 14th consecutive month with total Cadillac sales increasing by 53 per cent in November driven by sales of the ATS, all-new CTS and the SRX
