Hyundai Leaps Six Spots on the 2017 Brand Keys Loyalty Leaders List

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Oct. 24, 2017 – Hyundai landed the number 16 spot on the 2017 Brand Keys Loyalty Leaders list, jumping six spots from number 22 on last year’s list. This improvement put Hyundai into the top 20, making it one of only two automakers in the top 20. Brand Keys, a New York-based customer loyalty and engagement consultancy, publishes this annual syndicated study and examined 740 brands in 83 categories. The 2017 Brand Keys Loyalty Leaders analysis was conducted in September 2017 and assessed 49,168 consumers, ages 16–65. Survey respondents self-selected the categories and brands they engage with.
