Volkswagen is offering an additional information channel for media representatives
Starting with the Annual Press Conference 2015, Volkswagen is offering an additional information channel for media representatives: News from the event at the former Tempelhof airport in Berlin will also be posted on Twitter under hashtag #VWJPK2015. Going forward, information on the Volkswagen brand and the Group will be published on this news channel on a regular basis.
In addition to tweets about events, the Group Twitter channel offers a wide range of content on current topics from all over the Volkswagen world as well as information on the individual Group brands. The Volkswagen brand Twitter channel focuses on the brand itself and its products.
The tweets also contain notes and links to press releases and company news. Both channels are designed for media representatives and they complement the existing information portfolio such as the webpages for journalists. The tweet languages are English and German.
The Volkswagen Group also provides video material and moving image reports on its YouTube channel.
