Mercedes-Benz Cars at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show.

“Externally the GLE is larger and more athletic than ever before. In the interior, it has become more spacious, quiet and luxurious – and is now available with an optional third seat row to accommodate up to seven occupants,” says Dieter Exler, President CEO of Mercedes-Benz USA. “However, the most impressive innovation is its revolutionary new suspension.” Also in the US show limelight for the first time was the Mercedes-Benz A-Class Saloon. The four-door saloon car has a wheelbase of 2,729 millimetres and the proportions of a dynamic and at the same time compact saloon car with short overhangs at the front and rear. It is at the top of its segment with regard to rear headroom. In addition, the saloon model has the familiar A-Class virtues. These include modern, efficient engines, a high level of safety thanks to state-of-the-art driving assistance systems with S-Class functions, and the intuitively operated and learning MBUX – Mercedes-Benz User Experience infotainment system.
