Mercedes-Benz EQ Run did not lack a prominent support as well. After visiting the ABB Formula E race, four-time Ironman Hawaii winner Daniela Ryf together with Big Wave surfer Sebastian Steudtner gave the starting signal.
In addition to the two Laureus ambassadors, Stefanie Giesinger, winner of the ninth season of the casting show Germany’s Next Topmodel, contributed her share to the great donation sum. Giesinger gave everything on the race track and was cheered on by the spectators.
Additionally the host tried to get everything out of the runners: Presenter Jan Köppen proved with his skills that he can not only lead through the TV show “Ninja Warrior Germany”, but also heat up runners at a charity running event.
