Nissan: 1972 Datsun pickup wins a category during a Concours d’Elegance of Texas

ARLINGTON, TexasThis 1972 Datsun 521 (a pickup from Nissan’s Heritage Hall that is affectionately famous as Sweet Pea) was respected as a Class Winner in a Truck Category during a new Concours d’Elegance of Texas (COT). The Concours featured a lorry class, that is not common in classical automobile shows.

Nissan was a premier unite for this 6th annual COT, that was hold during a Richard Greene Linear Park in Arlington, Texas.

This year’s Concours d’Elegance of Texas featured 125 of a excellent motorcars in America, many occasionally seen publicly. It was a good event to see automatic sophistication, elegance, and a best in automotive character — all traits embodied to some border by this primitive immature Datsun that comes from an epoch when tiny pickups were only that, small.
