Nissan: Brian Sullivan

Brian Sullivan is vice president, Powertrain Operations and Battery Plant, Nissan North America, Inc., a position to which he was appointed in April 2017. In this role, Sullivan reports to John Martin, senior vice president, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Purchasing, North America, and is responsible for overseeing powertrain and battery plant operations in the U.S.

Previously at Nissan, Sullivan was Director, Plant Manager Nissan North America Battery Plant.

Since joining Nissan in 1995, Sullivan has held a number of roles of increasing importance throughout Nissan’s Manufacturing operations.

Sullivan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Tennessee and completed the Accelerated Leadership Development Program at Vanderbilt University – Owen Graduate School of Management. He is a past board member of United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties and a current board member of Boys Girls Club of Rutherford County. He is based in Decherd, Tennessee.
