Denis Le Vot joined Nissan Motor Corp., Ltd. in January 2018 as senior vice president and chairman of the management committee for Nissan North America. In this role, he reports to Chief Performance Officer José Muñoz.
Before becoming a part of the Nissan team, Le Vot spent 27 years at Groupe Renault. Since joining Renault in 1990, he has held multiple positions as a quality engineer in overseas operations and in aftersales. Additionally, he served as new cars marketing and sales director in Turkey; vice president, marketing and sales for the Eurasia region; chief operating officer of Renault Russia; and vice president, sales and marketing for Europe/G9. In 2016, he was appointed senior vice president and chairman of the Eurasia region, with the main markets of Russia, Turkey, and Romania. He was appointed to the Renault Management Committee in 2015 and to the Board of Directors of AVTOVAZ in 2016.
Le Vot holds a master’s degree in engineering from the École des Mines de Paris.
