Nissan: Nissan Announces 2016 Pathfinder U.S. Pricing

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nissan today announced U.S. pricing for the 2016 Nissan Pathfinder SUV. It is on sale now at Nissan dealers nationwide with a starting MSRP* of $29,780.

The 2016 Pathfinder offers exceptional levels of versatility, fuel efficiency and full-size comfort for seven passengers. Pathfinder is available in 2-wheel drive and 4-wheel drive configurations, with all models powered by a fuel-efficient 260-horsepower 3.5-liter DOHC V6 engine mated to an advanced Xtronic transmission with D-Step shift logic.

Enhancements to Pathfinder for 2016 include:

  • Revised Almond interior with contrasting black and beige materials
  • New Cold Package with heated cloth front seats, heated steering wheel and heated outside rearview mirrors (available with Pathfinder SV grade)
  • Pathfinder SL grade adds standard heated steering wheel (also standard on Pathfinder Platinum grade)

Destination and Handling $900

Pathfinder offers standard towing capability of 5,000 pounds (when properly equipped), along with fuel economy of 27 mpg highway for 2WD models. Pathfinder also features selectable 2WD, Auto or 4WD Lock modes from the available intuitive ALL-MODE 4×4-i system.

The quiet, comfortable ride and responsive handling are provided by an independent strut front/multi-link rear suspension design, with hydraulic electric power-assisted steering standard. Also standard are 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, with unique 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels offered with the Platinum model.

Pathfinder’s attractive interior design includes comfortable seating for seven, along with an innovative EZ Flex Seating System™ with LATCH AND GLIDE™, a 2nd row tilt and glide seat that allows easy 3rd row access with a child safety seat still installed. The standard Nissan Advanced Drive-Assist™ Display, located in the center of the instrument display between the tachometer and speedometer, features a 4.0-inch color display and utilizes natural-looking 3D-effect graphics. An available 8.0-inch touch-screen monitor, mounted in the middle of the instrument panel, provides intuitive interaction and control of the Nissan Navigation System, along with a variety of driver-selectable vehicle systems and settings

A range of available convenience features and driving aids are also available, including leather-appointed seating, Around View® Monitor**, 13-speaker Bose® Premium Audio system, Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), Nissan Navigation system and Family Entertainment Package with dual headrest 7.0-inch DVD Family Entertainment System.

Other available features include Heated and Cooled front seats, heated rear seats, heated steering wheel, programmable Nissan Intelligent Key®, Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System, SiriusXM® Satellite Radio (SiriusXM® subscription required, sold separately), Tri-Zone Automatic Climate Control, RearView Monitor, Remote Engine Start***, Tri-Zone Entertainment System, Dual Panorama Moonroof and Easy Fill Tire Alert.
