Nissan: Nissan Group Reports Record July 2017 Canadian Sales

Mississauga, Ont. – Today, Nissan Group announced total Canadian sales of 12,788 units for July 2017, an increase of 10.7 per cent and a July sales record. The Nissan Division also set a July sales record with 11,807 units sold, an increase of 11.0 per cent, and INFINITI set a July sales record with 981 units sold, an increase of 8.3 per cent.

Nissan Division highlights:

  • Sales of the new 2017 Nissan Qashqai sub-compact SUV are strong with 1,142 units sold in its second full month of sales.
  • Nissan TITAN full-size pickup truck set an all-time sales record with 1,271 units sold.
  • The Murano crossover set a July sales record with 1,431 units sold, an increase of 24.9 per cent.
  • The Pathfinder sport utility vehicle sold 733 units in July, an increase of 9.9 per cent.
  • The Nissan Micra recorded sales of 946 units, up 17.8 per cent over the previous year.
  • The Nissan Versa Note hatchback finished the month up 19.8 per cent, with sales of 683 units.
  • The Armada flagship sport utility vehicle recorded 81 units sold, a July sales record.

INFINITI highlights:

  • The 7-passenger QX60 premium crossover continues to be INFINITI’s best-seller with 354 units sold in July, up 16.1 per cent and a July sales record.
  • The Q60 premium sports coupe continues to grow in popularity recording sales of 99 units in July.
  • The new QX30 premium active crossover continues to see strong sales with 96 units sold.
