Nissan: Nissan to sponsor 2017 BET Awards and BET Experience

NASHVILLE, Tenn. For the fourth consecutive year, Nissan will serve as the official automotive sponsor of the 2017 BET Awards and the BET Experience at L.A. LIVE (BETX). Taking place from June 22-25, the BET Experience precedes the annual BET Awards, which celebrate African Americans and other diverse performers in music, acting, sports and entertainment. The BET Experience is a four-day multicultural music and entertainment festival. Highlights of the event include seminars, celebrity guest appearances and live music.

Accessorizing the BET Awards red carpet will be Nissan’s new addition to its compact SUV family, the 2017 Rogue Sport, and a true icon of driving performance, the 2017 GT-R, at the award show taking place at 8 p.m. EDT/ 5 p.m. PDT on June 25 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, hosted by Leslie Jones.

Nissan will sponsor the BETX Main Stage at the BET Experience on Saturday and Sunday, with the full schedule (all times listed in Pacific Daylight Time) as follows:

On Saturday afternoon, BETX attendees will be able to stop by the Nissan Dome to meet legendary rapper MC LYTE, and actress and social celebrity Jurnee Bell. Fans will also be able to interact with the latest line up of Nissan vehicles including the Rogue Sport and the Midnight Edition Altima and Maxima.
