Named after Bertha Benz, our restaurant stands for innovation, creativity and courage to promote your own ideas and exactly this is what we refect in our culinary diversity. The best ingredients from the Stuttgart region serve as the foundation of our culinary vision. Farmers and suppliers from the Stuttgart region, who supply us with their high quality products, play an essential role in creating the optimal food experience for our guests.
Characterized by years of experience at renowned restaurants, our chef Philip Jaeger gives traditional dishes new refinement. An unusual connection between the classical French kitchen, Asian infuences as well as revision of regional classics fascinate and inspire him to new creations.

Bistro
In our bistro on level 1, we link the view of Mercedes-Benz’ past with a historical view of food and drinks. We offer a large selection of coffees and delicious sandwiches as well as sweet, home-made delicacies. Take a seat and relive your Museum’s visit again with a relaxing cup of coffee.
