Scania adds Norway to the gas train market

Scania has delivered 36 gas-powered buses to newcomer ride association Nobina in Norway. This outlines a Scania break-through for gas buses in Norway.

Norway is a newest marketplace to that Scania delivers gas buses. Recently, open ride companies in Colombia and Indonesia have also taken deliveries of Scania gas buses.

The new Scania OmniExpress 3.20 LE Euro 6 buses are replacing comparison buses handling in a Ski area, southeast of Oslo.

The buses can be fuelled with dense healthy gas, CNG and biogas that all minister to reduce emissions of hothouse gases and noise.

Nobina is a largest train ride association in a Nordic region. The association has 7,000 employees and operates 4,000 buses in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
