2017 HYUNDAI ARCHERY WORLD CUP HOSTED IN SALT LAKE CITY FOR STAGE THREE OF GLOBAL COMPETITION

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., June 21, 2017 – World Archery is making a stop in Salt Lake City for stage three of the 2017 Hyundai Archery World Cup on June 20-25, 2017. In this global competition, sponsored by Hyundai Motor Company, archers compete in four stages across four different countries. The best from each category advance to the finals which will take place in Rome, Italy on September 2–3.

At the Salt Lake event, Hyundai will have on display its Ioniq Hybrid and recently redesigned 2018 Sonata, along with promotional giveaways and games for fans at its activation area. This sponsorship is a part of Hyundai Motor’s continued dedication to making an emotional connection through sport and culture and to communicate with fans and communities around the globe. Hyundai is entering its second year as the official title sponsor of the Hyundai Archery World Cup. Hyundai is also the official title sponsor of the Hyundai World Archery Championships in 2017 and the official car of World Archery.

WORLD ARCHERY
World Archery is the international governing body for the sport of archery. Its mission is to promote and regulate archery worldwide, developing the sport with over 160 member associations through international events, development initiatives and marketing and endorsed by the International Olympic Committee, International Paralympic Committee and International World Games Association, among others.
