The highly efficient Audi ultra models played a prominent role in the theoretical and practical tasks for this year’s competition. In addition to specialist competence, close and efficient cooperation between service advisors and service technicians is the primary determining factor in achieving top performance in the realistic work situations.

“The Audi Twin Cup is taking place for the tenth time this year and it has become an established institution in our entire Service Organization. This competition is an impressive display of Audi Top Service worldwide, from Germany to Australia,” says Bernd Hoffmann, Executive Director Service/Genuine Parts at AUDI AG, at the ceremony to honor the winners of the Audi Twin Cup 2014.

Hoffmann presented this year’s Service World Cup trophy to the team from USA. nbsp;Second place was taken by the technicians and service advisors from Germany, followed by the team from China in third place. The Audi Twin Cup is held once a year. All dealerships that have a service contract with AUDI AG are eligible to compete. At the venue of this year’s world finals, customers and prospective buyers are able to experience the dynamism of the brand with the four rings during driver and safety trainings. The new Audi driving experience center opened its handling track, dynamics test track and off-road course in May and is located only 18 kilometers (11.2 miles) from the company’s Ingolstadt headquarters and 50 minutes from Munich Airport. The Audi Neuburg location covers 47 hectares and will also be the new home of Audi Sport, which is scheduled to move into the motorsport competence center in August 2014.
