Cadillac Racing to Start St. Pete PWC Third and Fifth
O’Connell to start third and Cooper fifth
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Cadillac Racing drivers Johnny O’Connell and Michael Cooper will start spin 3 of a St. Petersburg Grand Prix presented by Cadillac from a second and third quarrel for tomorrow’s initial foe of a double header in a streets of St. Pete.
