TORONTO (Thursday, February 12, 2015) – Cadillac was focused on V-Series performance today at the Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto with the all-new 2016 ATS-V and CTS-V making their Canadian debuts.  This follows a stellar 2014 sales year that saw Cadillac total sales increase by 10 per cent, the brand’s best sales in Canada since 1979.

“The V-Series is the accelerator of the brand and the ultimate expression of Cadillac’s re-ignited product substance and the passion at the core of our brand,” said Mahmoud Samara, brand director for Cadillac in Canada. “The ATS-V expands the V-Series lineup, bringing a new kind of performance character to Cadillac. Lightweight, agile and potent, the ATS-V will make an ideal pairing with the larger and even more powerful all-new 2016 CTS-V midsize sedan, which arrives later this summer.”

2016 Cadillac ATS-V

Canadian Cadillac dealers have begun accepting orders for the 2016 ATS-V – the brand’s inaugural luxury compact performance car starting production this spring.

Available in sedan and coupe forms, the twin-turbocharged ATS-V offers a dual-purpose luxury performance experience: a car with true track capability straight from the factory with sophisticated road manners.

In Canada, the 2016 ATS-sedan carries a starting MSRP of $67,550 and the ATS-coupe is priced from $69,855. Consumers can order ATS-Vs now through dealers and begin specifying their own ATS-V online at www.cadillac.ca in April.

2016 Cadillac CTS-V

Cadillac today introduced the 2016 CTS-Vthe most powerful product in the brand’s 112-year history and the newest entry in the elite class of the world’s highest-performing luxury cars.

Launching in late summer with 640 horsepower (477 kW), 630 lb-ft of torque (855 Nm) and a top speed of over 320 km/h, the new CTS-V reaches higher than its predecessors, leading Cadillac’s product-driven expansion and elevation. It is the third generation of the acclaimed luxury sports sedan that launched the elite V-Series a decade ago – and redefined Cadillac for a new generation of enthusiasts.
