Collection 3: Mercedes-Benz 320 ambulance.

Since gasoline-engined ambulances had established themselves in the 1920s for civilian use, Mercedes-Benz chassis were a preferred foundation for ambulance bodies built by companies like Lueg, Miesen, Binz and others. The displayed ambulance, on a Mercedes-Benz 320 chassis, went to the Hohner company in 1937, which put it to work in its medical service.
