OSHAWA, Ont. (October 22, 2019) General Motors Canada announced today that a new Oshawa exam lane will be strictly named a Canadian Technical Centre (CTC) McLaughlin Advanced Technology Track, for GM Canada owner and visionary, Colonel Sam McLaughlin.  The 55-acre outside lane (Technology Track backgrounder) is partial of a C$170 million investment announced in May, for a Oshawa Transformation Agreement.  Construction of a lane began this tumble and it will be fully-operational by open 2020.
