RICHMOND HILL, ON, Sept. 1, 2017 /CNW/ – Mazda Canada Inc. (MCI) currently reported Aug sales of 7,036 vehicles, representing an boost of 7.5 percent contra August 2016. Year-to-date (YTD) sales by Aug are adult 7.2 percent compared to final year, with 46,746 vehicles sold.
Key August 2017 sales notes:
- Mazda3 sales in Aug were adult 12.0% over August 2016, with 2,792 units sold
- Mazda6 sales were adult 87.8% compared to a before August, and adult 29.7% YTD
- Total sales of Mazda’s CX crossover SUV line – CX-3, CX-5 and CX-9 – were adult 1.5% in Aug and 5.8% YTD
- Total sales increasing 7.5%, led by expansion in Mazda’s newcomer cars, that were adult 15.3% over final August
