Porsche Extends Wolfgang Hatz’s and Uwe-Karsten Stadter’s Contracts by Another Five Years

Supervisory Board acknowledges the importance of Executive Board members on the company’s road to success

Atlanta. The Supervisory Board of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, appointed Executive Board members Wolfgang Hatz (54) and Uwe-Karsten Städter (57) for another five years in its meeting today. The new contract for Wolfgang Hatz, who took over as Member of the Executive Board Research and Development department in February 2011, is due to begin on February 1, 2014. Uwe-Karsten Städter has been responsible for the Procurement department since April 2011 – his new contract begins on April 1, 2014.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Porsche AG, Dr. Wolfgang Porsche, paid tribute to the performance put in by both Executive Board members over the last three years. “The contribution from Mr Hatz and Mr Städter has been pivotal in creating the integrated automotive group with Volkswagen, thereby helping to set the course for a successful future for Porsche AG.”
